Christmas Crafts
This is my second year making an ornament with the kids to see how much they grow. Last year, we made clay hand mold Santas. (image below was Liam's hand at 3 months old) Boy oh Boy was it a pain in the butt… LOL! This year I kept it simple and just made hand prints ornaments. I had 3 spare ornaments and put them to great use. Skyler and Chloe loved making these and Skyler wanted to make more! Needless to say, Liam was very difficult, hard to make a 15 month old be still when trying to do a handprint. So, he also has a foot print. But Liam did love it when I scrubbed his hands clean, and had lots of giggles.

Letters to Santa
When Chloe was 2 years old, I found this adorable Santa mailbox filled with stationary. Every year Chloe happily writes her letter to santa and this year I was amazed by her letter. She didn't ask for anything materialized. She said Thank you to Santa and her wish was for him to wake her up on Christmas Eve and let her pet Rudolph! Such a sweet girl. Skyler this year also is understanding the magical Santa experience. Over the weekend, we went to get pictures taken with Santa and Skyler made himself at home snuggled up to Santa's side.
Merry Christmas!

New Project:
Black & White Collaborative Photography Project
I recently joined a Collabrative group with some amazing photographers! I feel honored having my work among theirs. Every 10 days you will see our submission of wonderful black and white images. Here is my 1st entry.
My silly Skyler! Skyler, who is almost 3, decided to crawl into Liam's bed one afternoon and took a nap with Liam's babies and blanket! How could I refuse this photo opportunity!

Liam and the kitchen
Liam loves to be my little sidekick in the kitchen. He feels so special because he has his very own cupboard (all the rest are locked) filled with Liam approved tupperware (ones I never seem to use)! I know all the Mommies, Daddies and Grandparents can relate to this. Needless to say, my little man does get very sad when he sees Mommy lock the fridge or close the baby gate behind me.

Welcome
I am a mother to three wonderful children who are the center of my world and have a supportive husband by my side for over 16 years. He provides for our family, as an Army Helicopter Pilot, so I can have this opportunity to stay at home with my little ones. I love a lot and without restriction. Capturing memories of my children, Chloe, 7, Skyler,2, and Liam, 1 helps me to document the small details in life that later may not be remembered.
The simple things- things most take for granted, yet are important in the brief moment they are here. Children grow so fast, before you know it they are graduating high school, going to college, and starting a career and family of their own. I want to be able to turn back time, see them as they were little, and enjoy each smile, tear, and milestone as it happened. I can image my future with my grandchildren and great-grandchildren telling them stories as I flip through my photobooks while sharing laughter and tears.
Too often we as mothers, fathers, parents take for granted the moments we have with our children. The first steps, the bumps and bruises that come with those first steps, the favorite toys that get used over and over and the joy that comes from them, the silly dances, the first loose tooth, the places we have lived and call home.
I am excited to share my crazy beautiful life with you! I hope that I can inspire others to start doing the samething as I do everyday! Capturing these precious moment one click at a time.
